McDonald's

Excellent experience at this McDonald’s. I would especially like to highlight Irma, who is simply amazing. She provides outstanding service, always with a smile, and makes you feel truly welcome. She is very kind, incredibly friendly, and has a wonderful charisma that really makes a difference. I wish there were more people like her in customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could rate them no stars I would. I asked about my food and a woman next to me asked about drinks and the worker looked at her and said I don't get paid enough to care drinks and the manager laughed. This is by far the worst mcdonalds and so slow! Workers are too busy laughing and talking and being on phones which is why it takes forever. They use to be great but night shift always sucks. I came at 10:20pm on 2/13/26. Everyone in the store is complaining.

Out of all my years of ordering food, this has got to be the most ridiculous interpretation of an order I have ever seen. I am unsure if this is supposed to be a joke, or the person that put this crap together doesn’t know what they are supposed to be doing. In fact, this is the first time I have ever thought about submitting a review on anything. We ordered a box and requested some modifications to the Big Mac’s. We only removed the pickles and salt, and requested “regular” meat. The ticket states “American cheese”, “REM Regular Meat”(if REM = “no meat”, we didn’t click that) and “Plain”. And whoever put this together determined that the ticket said “no meat”, “no cheese”, “plain”, “sprinkle some minced onions”, and “squirt some ketchup on it”. I doubt anyone in the world has ever ordered

Horrible, horrible experience. I’ve been to this McDonald’s location many times and it’s finally time to speak up.Last week, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, only to be told that the paper with my order had fallen on the floor so the staff just never made my order. After waiting half an hour, I didn’t even get an apology — instead, the bag was basically thrown at me. Completely unacceptable and disgusting customer service. The staff acts like they dnt want to be there. They use ear buds listening to music while on there shift.Today I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I waited, only to receive my food ice cold. When I asked to speak with someone, the staff were rude, snappy, and full of attitude.
