If i could give 0 stars I literally would a hundred times. Every single time we come through the drive thru our order is always missing something or messed up somehow. Once again tonight we paid for 2 fish sandwiches only received one and no sweet and sour sauce with our 20 piece nuggets after asking for extra. One time I had to go through the drive thru FOUR TIMES to get a fish sandwich only cheese. The first time they put tartar sauce on it. The second time they didn't put anything on it. And the third time they put extra tartar sauce and the order was simple ONLY CHEESE. Iv contacted corporate already for this same stuff. I will NOT be returning.

This McDonald’s is the worst and slowest I have ever seen. It has not been a one time thing, as every single time we are there they mess up our order and it takes a ridiculous amount of time. One time, we were the only car in the lot and no customers were there so you’d think they have time for one order coming in. We got to the window in the drive thru and a young man who was very unprofessional says “sorry for what’s going on in here.” … what? He went on the say “I’m just here to make sure nobody dies.” … We are just wanting our food handed to us. We recently made a mobile order, and waited an hour for the order. When we got to the window after 45 minutes in line, they didn’t have our order even though we checked in with the code at the speaker. They asked us to pull forward to wait, as

Ordered ahead, waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Talked to the young man in charge and asked him how it could possibly take so long. His response? "Sorry, they have (the workers) started throwing food at each other and they only scheduled 4 people tonight". I have reached out to the GM about previous problems with the restaurant and it seemed not to matter. Worst McDonald's ever. They need new management

I could not even bite into the chicken strip on the snack wrap. Could not take a bite. I need a refund left tooth prints in the tortilla. Never was able to get one bite. Seriously left hungry with unsalted fries. I could not eat any of the food. Husbands Big Mac was also cold. Unbelievable.

The worst McDonalds I have ever visited, will start driving and extra 20 minutes to avoid it. Constantly getting orders wrong, telling you to pull forward and forgetting to bring you food until you go inside, extremely rude when you tell them they forgot an item or if you even check that your order is right. This morning I ordered breakfast in the app at 10:00, got to the window at 10:20 and was told my order was cancelled, 10 minutes before breakfast is over, and was told to “figure it out” when I asked about a refund. Absolutely awful service with a manager who cares less than the people beneath her do. Awful food that is never made correctly or even completely.
