McDonald's

Stopped by on a Houston to Dallas drive as it was only about a five minute detour. Pro: Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms. Con: One of the saddest soft serves I've ever gotten at a McDonald's, and incredibly burnt coffee. Wouldn't expect much from this one, but it does the job.

Stopped by for a quick bite while traveling down 79 on a Sunday afternoon. Surprisingly, there were only a few other cars there. Went inside for a to go order rather than use the drive thru. Restrooms were clean which was an added bonus. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was ready within 5 minutes and was on my way. Order was correct and they placed the usual condiments and napkins in the bag. Food tasted just as you'd expect from McDonald's. Service and facilities were better than expected.

Albert took my order. I'm hard of hearing and dont see very well. And he was so polite and not bothered about repeating the specials to me. Great customer service! Wish all counter employees were that considerate!

Well I'm here to tell you, it's going to be the cleanest McDonald's you're going to come around for the surrounding several counties. You got that one guy up there. I think they call him Joseph I think. Well anyway the one that is never dressed like the rest of them. Got all those pins in his apron and cap. He's so damn helpful and kind. Seems like the boy has a heart of gold and just seems driven to please others and take care of business. Im sure that guy has more potential than McDonald's. You got ole Ruth, Hadie, Stacia holdin that fort down for the honorable Mr. Kevin Lilly and Janine Lilly. They are the franchisee operator owners. That's all most of their stores around these parts and they keeping it together the way it should be. Ship shape! That's the way I see it.

COMMUNICATION 12.09.2025 I go to the Buffalo Texas McDonalds Monday through Thursday and it’s great! Today waited at the drive thru speaker with customers in front, then went inside and the worker was on their personal phone and did not acknowledge the other customer and I that had walked in. I’m in customer service so I understand the frustration of being the only person taking on every role, but communication. Chime out to the speakers and let them know something and the same with the people on the inside. I did not order.
