Mickey's Pizza

I had the thin crust and it was cooked well. Nice and crispy bottom crust. Wish it had a bit more sauce, it was a little on the dry side. Next time I'm gong to ask for extra sauce. Service was OK, nothing special but they were kind and did check on me once for drinks. Can't complain. So, all in all I would recommend it and I will go back next time I'm in the area.

Mickey’s Pizza is a great little pizza joint I’m a good location in Buffalo, Texas. We ran across it by accident one day, and we go back once or twice a year just for the pizza! We’d go more often, but it’s 90 miles from home. The pizza in the picture is a large thin crust supreme. They have two (maybe three) sizes of pizza even larger than this. We always get at least a large so we can have leftovers! Give them a try when you’re in that area and check out the shopping and great little coffee shop next door. You’ll be glad you did!!

My husband and I are brand new to Buffalo. We stopped by Mickey’s about 6:30 on a Friday. We’d driven in from Granbury earlier and did some work around the new place before heading into town. There were several parties there, but still plenty of seating. Cute “Texas does Italian” decor complete with deer trophies and John Wayne pictures. No Sinatra or Andrea Bocelli here, lol! The server (I wish I’d gotten her name) greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was alone on the floor - taking orders, checking on tables, fulfilling pick-up orders, and ringing up customers. But she was cheerful and friendly to everyone. I always order lasagna the first time I go to an Italian restaurant, so their Lasagna with meat sauce was an easy choice for me. It's not the best I ever ordered, but sure, it's not the worst. After reading the reviews I make sure to tell them thru DD to put pepperoni on top, I like mine cooked, the pepperoni & cheese was great but my issue was with the dough itself, it was a bit fluffy not seeing cook all the way thru, both my pizza and my calzone, pepperoni in the calzone seem a bit undercooked as well. This is what happens when you are used to the pizza from the North East with more flavor and style than any other place in the country. I wish I never ordered it.
