McDonald's

We ordered breakfast combos. Used my App was suppose to get the 20% off for $10 or more. Didn't get that. Plus when I ordered the combos w frappes w them usually a discount for ordering the combo. Charged me regular price. When I ask about it they said it's different at all locations. Hudson only charges me an up charge of 1.79 for my small. Jackson also gives the discount. My hash browns were cold. Def will not be going back I've had to many problems with them.

Rude order takers in drive-thru pretty much won't even let you talk so you have to correct them to mind their manners so they don't interrupt you! I'm not sure if the team at the Brooklyn store knows this, but parking cars during a peak period is NOT meeting service times. How about we figure it out?

Went to the Brooklyn Michigan McDonald’s for just a medium fry. I watched through the window a staff member remove my fries from someone else bag and put them in a smaller different bag before giving them to me. They were cold and soggy! I was so excited for hot salty fries. Ruined my evening.

Long wait time to be acknowledged, after we were all done eating we noticed employees preparing food without gloves on. Even after digging through trash, taking trash out .. no handwashing and no gloves when he returned. Wish we had seen all that before ordering and eating because we simply would have left.

I ordered online and put drive thru for pick up and when I got there they didn’t have my two frappe and offered another coffee when I said one second so I can ask the person on the phone what flavor the younger kid with really long hair sighed and roll his eyes I said he didn’t think I heard that or notice avoided me after that somebody else came on the older lady that brought me my coffee to my car was very nice. Other than that that the place sucks they never have everything and they always mess up my order will not ever go back after that too many incidents with that McDonald
