McDonald's

The guy at the window, didn’t listen at all then blamed the mic and then couldn’t follow what I was saying even though I was saying it plenty loud enough. Then I pulled up to the window and the guy was mad at me and was very blunt. Then I pull up and they said they were waiting for my fries to be done and I pulled up (which I wasn’t mad about). Got home and saw that they still only half filled my fries and they still look old (photos attached). I’m not one to write reviews but every time I go here it seems like they don’t know how to fill my fries. It sucks seeing this much money go to waste every time I stop here for half assed food.

McDonald's does not equally treat all of their customers. I am a DoorDasher. I represent the face of the customer who chooses to have their food delivered at a higher charge than those who order in the store. I consistently receive poor customer service. Today was the topping on the cake. McDonald's demands that doordashers park in courier parking. After every storm management directs their employees to not shovel the sidewalk leading up to the corrier parking.... Every single time there is a storm. We have elderly folks who DoorDash for McDonald's. Does McDonald's care if they fall coming into the store? The answer is absolutely not! There's ice under the snow today. No shoveling, no salt, no sand, and they just don't care!

I waited about 15 minutes after getting out of work to order breakfast after my 12 hour shift, keep in mind I work about 45 minutes away from this location and realized they were the only location open near me. I Was then told that after I placed my online order they weren’t taking any orders. I told them I had a pickup order and they just said we’ll refund it. So here I am waiting on a refund on something I literally waited for. Extremely disappointed and hope there’s a quick simple resolution aka my money back. I understand things happen but if you’re a 24 hour McDonalds you should be able to run for 24 hours and provide service to your customers.

The last 3 visits, I ordered food online. First time had 2 missing sausage Mcmuffins on my order. Didn't discover till I got home. Second time, they forgot 2 hashbrowns. The third time, said my order was ready then I sat and waited 15min to recieve. Then had to go in and wait 5min to get one of the double burgers they forgot.

My bun was soggy and my fries were cold and soggy. I also ordered a large fry and they gave me half of a large fry. Also I ordered a bacon McDouble but they charged me 5$ for the bacon.
