Disgusting. Top patty burnt to a crisp. They thinned the burgers again. I put up with the raw double quarter pounder and my nuggets stuck together with raw batter in between but this burger was inedible. To the owner, if you read this, your place is a disgrace.

Went there yesterday morning around 5:30 and I placed a order at the kiosk but I tapped pay at counter because I left my wallet in the car so I figured while I go grab it my food would be getting prepared but nooo I had to place a new order and pay at kiosk because they didn’t even have the register open so when i finally got my order the oj was warm and watered down and my egg biscuit was dry and tasted old. Safe to say i will not be returning to that location

I recently ordered from McDonald’s and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered two Spicy Crispy Chicken Burgers, but they were not made properly—the quality and preparation were below expectations. Additionally, I ordered a 10-piece Chicken Nuggets, but I received only 8 pieces, and they were undercooked.

They got everything wrong and very unorganized They have some people just standing there and not doing anything all the food is cool and when we got apple pie they were cold and did not even have the time

Just WOW, came in last Saturday night 09/27/2025 about 10:30-10:45pm . I’m from Virginia, just here for an Engagement Party, and decided to state at TownePlace Suites Hotel around the corner. I went in there were 2-3 people waiting for their food in the lobby, which wasn’t very clean. I waited about 10-15 minutes as the young lady worked the drive through, and was talking to it seemed the grill person on duty, over hearing a few choice words during that conversation of course.She finally approached the front counter area, asking what individuals were waiting on, and I mentioned that I was simply waiting to place an order. She stated that the only way I’d be able to order would be by way of the kiosk. I’d never done that before, so I thought it be best to just go through the drive through.
