Window person was on their phone at the register, had two managers expediting but my order was still messed up one of the managers was bagging things while the other one was talking and watching. I feel like this could have been prevented if people were actually paying attention.

Big Bk spot connected to a gas station. Pretty spacious and lots of sitting. I like the BK spicy wraps. I told them not to add tomatoes but they messed it up. I couldn’t go back to return as I was commuting. Otherwise great big store.
Perfect experience. Long time since I had a whopper because most locations dont do it right. Today 10/10. Looked like the photo. Great job wish I took a photo first.
All the employees where on there phones not focused on making sure the right food is in the bag while order was wrong and got a drink i didn’t order when checked the receipt it was right but what i got wasn’t what i ordered. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THREW!!!!!
