McDonald's

The food is hit or miss. The night time guys that have brought my food to my car are super kind. I really enjoyed their kindness. It was third shift crew. However, if you order from the mobile app you will be waiting quite awhile. Which I understand everything is made cook to order on third shift. However, when I wait that long (28 minutes) for Luke warm food it is kind of irritating. I also order a cheeseburger and an ice cream cone another 3rd shift and I waited even longer that time. The kind young man did give me a free mcflurry for my wait. That was a very kind gesture. Thank you. It's really just hit or miss. But staff is always very kind and you can tell they are trying. We just spent 20 minutes waiting to order then get to the window and not given a receipt. Said will get next window. Then spend the next 40 minutes waiting on food and a receipt. When we finally get food and receipt it's made wrong and receipt for the wrong person along with their refund. It's definitely went downhill there, will not return.

Ordered on the mobile app. Chose curbside pickup. When arrived at the location there were no pickup spots available so the pickup was changed to drive thru pickup. Said the mobile order code. Pulled to first window no issues. Pulled to second window and was asked to pull around. I refused. Manager came to the window and said because I changed from curbside to drive thru my order isn't ready. Mind you the drive thru line was long so I waited there. After providing the mobile order code I waited to get to the window and you are telling me my order still isn't ready? My order was 2 plain cheese burgers and a deluxe quarter pounder with no cheese. I did not pull around. I waited for my order. The purpose of the app is to order ahead so the food is ready for pickup when you arrive. This store n

I swear this McDonald’s is always having some kind of crisis. Could have 2 people in drive and they’ll still take about 30 minutes to give you mildly warm food that probably has at least 1 thing wrong with it. I can ALWAYS hear the staff yelling at each other (not shouting out for help or direction, I mean arguing) just from the drive thru windows and sometimes through the speaker. I keep hoping it’ll get better but it hasn’t.

The food was cold. Orderd double Fish fillet they forgot the extra fillet, the manager took the sandwich and put on an extra fish snd tarter sauce, the fish bun wasn't steamed. Large fries for $4 were nasty and not filled. Plain McDouble with no bun had lots of pepper/salt. MY Dog wouldn't even eat it. My chicken nuggets tasted old and tjey forgot my sause. So dissatisfied!! Most likely won't return.
