My Nashville, hot chicken is hard as a rock. My buffalo ranch sauce has razor blade cut on the top of it and my chicken nuggets Don’t even have any meat in them. It’s just hard crispy.

I put in my order today on the app. It tells me that it will be ready at 3:46. I get there and I am sitting INSIDE, waiting for over 30 minutes! I see people walking in helping themselves to free drinks (just telling the kid at the counter they want a large cup or 2) and their off! I watch the kids working there wander around like lost puppies, but nothing is getting accomplished. People are ordering in the drive-thru and having to pull up to wait for their orders. An employee is asking another if he can take some food home, the employee says "Sure! Just leave some for the customers". Almost 40 minutes AFTER I put my order in online and it tells me that it's ready; I FINALLY get my order. It was a circus in there. Not busy at all. This place needs a close their doors. Their service is terrible. I waited at the counter for ten minutes for somebody to come Take my order. I got tired of standing, so I went and got one of the bar stools from the table and sit in front of the counter for another 8 minutes before somebody took my order. There had been people waiting there longer than me. They should have gave them their money back and gave the costumers their orders for free. This is a lack of poor leadership and poor management. The customer in front of me waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The best thing the owner can do is walk in fire Everybody, turn everything off, Turn the lights off and walk out the door. This place is a JOKE!!!!

Lee is always very friendly...he goes.above and beyond...great service thanks again...i will return....

I don't know who is working at the window but my children were humiliated tonight at the drive thru because they have never ordered chicken on their own and didn't know the difference of crispy or regular chicken. Do better people.
