McDonald's

Excellent. Food was great, workers were friendly and ready to help, and the place was clean...even the restrooms! They got the meal to us quickly and accurately too. I don't go around looking for things to fuss at, but I say it was a very good experience by any reasonable standard. Recommended.

Order 4 burgers all were messed up my quarter pounder ingredients were messed up and the patties still had blood in em. The order took almost 30 minutes and then after waiting all that time to get a couple sweet n sours had to pay for them .

I ordered breakfast from them through doordash and didn't get everything I ordered. I ordered hot cakes meal with an egg and bacon biscuit and a large drink. I got the biscuit and drink so I called McDonald's about my hot cakes. They did replace it but the guy on the phone had no customer service. I went to go pick up my food and when I got there, nobody had known that I should be getting a replacement meal. I spoke to a different manager and she had no customer service as well. I get home with my food and the biscuit is wrong and I got no syrup with my hot cakes. Who eats hot cakes without syrup?

I go there a few times a week. For the past month the fries have been soggy and the frappe machine has been down. 1 month down time is wild. They need better management

If you order food here, even on the app ahead of time 80% of the time your order is wrong. Want a Dr Pepper? Guess what you get coke. Wanted a bacon McDouble with no ketchup? Guess what you’re getting ketchup whether you like it or not. I love McDonald’s but if you would like a mcheadache with your happy meal then the baycity McDonald’s location is the place for you !
