McDonald's

Came in to simply grab a burger and drink. Took about 15 mins during that time a family of six left. Another customer complained after waiting longer than I just to find out that the store didn’t have the good. My order was incomplete no drink and half a fries. Too much playing behind the counter. Now the store is empty except for me. Never again will I stop here.

I came to McDonald's this evening to get a hot latte pumpkin spice and a strawberry cream pie. They were out of pumpkin spice so I asked for a hot mocha instead. I did accidentally spill it when I was stirring it because for some reason the people that work the night shift don't care to make a drink correctly. I guess it says the nature of the business itself because rarely ever do they get any order correct if I order from this particular McDonald's. When I got my second cup, I looked at it and thought it looked off. It was more milk in the hot mocha than espresso and no chocolate syrup. I don't even think it has Expresso. It cost me 5.49 for a medium hot mocha and one pie. I don't care to get my money back but I will not be spending another dime of my money at this McDonald's.

This mcdonalds looks a little old on the outside, but its pretty big in the inside. It was a little packed even at a weird time that I went. The food took a bit due to the crowd but it was great, just a little greasy on the buns.

I’m not sure what the girl’s name is who takes orders, she’s tall/heavy set and light skinned with short hair and glasses, she is usually at the 1st window taking payments. Her attitude is horrible, every time I go and she’s working, she’s super rude. I never have issues with other staff except her, yall need to vet these people for whatever role they’re going to work cuz they make the whole store look bad, especially when they’re the 1st people we interact with.

Just went there put my order in the on the self order thing. Get all the way home I’m 45 minutes away then this happens typed in right says what I wanted on the dang wrapper.
