To get fries for the kids at Bible camp and we ordered 10 large fries and they gave us a 10 piece nuggets, apple juice and an apple juice which was supposed to be part of the happy meal. We had also ordered not very good service. Food wasn’t too bad

A horrible experience. Person at speaker was rushing. Manager was rude. The lady at mic missed an order and she said we had to pay for our drink - we were ok with that. We proceeded to not get our McFlurry that was paid for and she said “if its not on the bill, you will come inside and pay” what happened? it was on the recipe. we check our food, no sauces with our meals and the extra we asked for at the speaker. We pull to speaker, she continously ignores us and started from what it seemed yelling with an attitude. one of us had to go inside and grab the sauces. Food was delicious.

We've tried so many times to give this location a chance. Staff is friendly but food is consistently meh. Not the same quality we get from other locations, and they also take longer to provide the food here, which makes it that much more difficult to comprehend. If you use the drive through you WILL be asked to move forward so they aren't being "dinged" by their corporate office for making you wait so long. ... (and you'll still get cold hash browns - if that's your thing). Unfortunately we are always in a rush when ordering here or we'd have brought each instance to a manager at the time. The manager was, however, notified when finding hair in a previous meal (& it has taken a LONG time to return - only to be disappointed again.) Beware of shortages when using the app to place curbside orders. They refuse to refund money owed without returning to the restaurant with the form of payment one uses in the app. After calling the location once and corporate twice we still have not been refunded for a shortage from almost a month ago. Multiple call backs have been promised that never came, refunds have been promised that never materialized. I give up! It’s only a few dollars and not worth the amount of hoops they have already made us jump through to help them correct their mistake. Submitting an honest Google review will have to be a satisfactory reimbursement it seems .

After not only getting extremely dry mccrispy sandwiches, horrible tasting iced coffee, horrible tasting smoothie and soda and calling to complain. I was told I would receive two free meals, fine, we came back to get the said meals only to be told they wouldn't comp us anything BUT the sandwiches. Would have to pay for drinks and fries. Since I didnt "officially" complain about drinks or fries they refused to comp the whole meal as I was originally promised by TWO different managers that were working. Family usually places big orders. Extremely disappointed and most likely NOT returning to this location 😕
