McDonald's

So I go this morning to order to brakefast sandwiches first they put egg n i told them no egg n the other sandwiches was to be a steak egg cheese muffin they got me another sandwich or replaces just the meat n then the one with the egg they just took the egg off pieces of egg were on the sandwich still n the muffin for that sandwich was hard couldn't even it the damn thing both were cold n cheese not melted so I will never go there again there is no reason that it wasn't even 6 in the morning no line and cant even make food right I will be calling this place today n calling corporate.... places really need to get their workers online and also the staff was very rude had an attitude dont say good morning ir have a good day back or nothing all trash dont go unless u dont wanna eat n be pisse

Pulled up to the drive through and I was greeted with what would you like, I gave my order (a five dollar meal with Mac sauce no mayo) went to the first window the lady said my order ask for my payment gave me my card no hi how have a great day nothing. Got home opened my bag and what did they do? Let's just say they played me. Corporate needs to know how portly ran this establishment is, I mean who does this?

Seriously, what is going on here? The dining room is freezing. The diet coke has been out for almost two months. I love it when they sell you the cup without telling you the soda is not available. If you expect us to clean our own tables please supply wipes, etc. After this last visit my family and I decided to take a break from this establishment. If the owners don't care enough to provide their customers with the basics than we don't need to give them our hard earned money.

Drive through person didn’t add one of cheeseburgers to the order, when brought to the attention of the woman at the pickup window she said we would have to go around and get back in line. It took us over 20 minutes for the main order. The medium soda that we were given did not have the lid on all the way and ended up spilling all over my wife. We went home, minus the cheeseburger, only to find out that our Quarter Pounder with cheese wasn’t cooked all the way and was very pink in the middle and they forgot our ranch sauces for our nuggets. So we didn’t get one burger and couldn’t eat the other because it wasn’t cooked. My wife is immune-suppressed and could have ended up in the hospital because of the uncooked quarter pounder.

I went through the drive thru and got a chocolate milkshake from here which tasted odd and had green stuff at the bottom of it. I stopped drinking it and called to ask about my drink. I asked to speak to a manager, the woman who picked up said she was a manager. I told her about the odd color and taste of my drink and she said, I kid you not, “it’s not clean, it’s our general manager he refuses to clean it” she goes onto tell me that since it’s not clean the dispenser where the drinks come from has all the flavors shooting out at once and that they try to stop the flow, but they can’t control it she says most likely what I tasted was all the drink flavors mixing together, and that green stuff at the bottom is just that—all the flavors meshed into one.
