It’s not a time I order from this McDonald my food be hot n fresh everytime ion know who the manager over there but good job I’ll come all the way from Columbus just 2 order me n my kids food n head back home thank yall n pls keep up the great work

On Friday, 08/29, I went through the drive through and ordered a 6 piece happy meal for my grand daughter. The food was good but NO toy! Today, 09/02, I came back for another happy meal for my grand daughter again. After I placed my order at the drive through I told the girl that I needed a toy in the meal because it was left out last time. Guess what? They left the toy out again. Obviously, I had a disappointed grand daughter! I guess I have to check my order at the window because I can't trust your people. Nick Valsamakis

Update: 11/27/2020 Still Horrible! Added a picture was suppose to have mac sauce and lettuce added... charged us but didn't get what we was charged for or our money back. the manager argued with us and said they will not fix anything. Pic added and receipt. This happens all the time. We eat here at least 5 times a week and they are getting worst day by day. I think Robert Tommie need a reality check if he telling the managers not to correct messed up orders that his workers mess up! They need to BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!! This is a black area and it is racist how he have them treating the black customers. If ppl spend their money at this store they should get the food they ask for. I have no idea what magic they have in that kitchen but last night I had the best McDonald's meal OF MY LIFE. Not a huge fast food fan but was working in the area. Did the drive thru for a fish sandwich and free fries. The fish sandwich bun was FLUFFY! Not smashed down like usual and "pasty"-tasting, but fluffy and warm. My fries were piping hot to the point where I had to wait for them to cool down and the were SALTED perfectly...usually I have to add salt. Seriously, that meal was amazing. Night crew, this nurse appreciates you! Keep up the good work!

Rude. Had an attitude with me even though I was nice and polite. I said thank you and got nothing but silence. Awkward. Also didn’t fill up my smoothie cup but I wasn’t about to ask them to fix it considering the death stare she was giving me. Honestly was afraid she’d fill it with spit. Note to self not to go there again.
