McDonald's

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We stood in line for almost 25 minutes and then the woman at the counter decided to stop doing her job and said they were no longer taking orders...only orders through the kiosk. I get you don't want to work...believe me I don't always want to work but stop being lazy or get another job where you can stand around looking lost. These are the poster children for AI to take over.

I went to McDonald’s on 8/31 with my son, I placed a mobile order which is intended for skipping the line and getting your order fast then having to wait in line, I noticed my meal was sitting at counter and it didn’t have fries in it, I saw the manager (who was very rude by the way) add fries to two other people’s orders and gave them their order and those people order at the counter wayyyy after I placed my order. When I brought it to the managers attention he gave me an attitude and told me I should of told him I was there - negative I do not need to inform him I was there he was supposed to have my order ready at the counter seeing that is the reason for mobile order. He had the nerve to be upset with me over it and then proceed to tell me I ordered a Diet Coke when I know for a fact I

Most restaurants offer free refills, but this particular one doesn't. That's a negative point for me and other people.

Slow service (only 1 person prepares food in the kitchen), does not make meals the right ways customers wanted, no-self service for drinks, too much ice put in cups, not enough seats to eat on weekends in this mall.

The woman that took my order did not give my little brother his drink was extremely rude and I paid twice for it! Had to wait so long just so she could say I did not pay!!
