McAlister's Deli

Very pleasant dinner. Staff was helpful and polite. Food was good. Staff came to tour table to check on us. Very friendly. I had broccoli and cheddar soup with a grilled cheese. It was a chilly evening and was very fitting. Grilled cheese had a nice crisp crust. Its what my family calls an adult grilled cheese, using real cheese and multiple kinds. Creamy and tasty. Price was reasonable. Pickles are great and you can buy the sweet tea by the gallon to take home. Although Very expensive for a gallon We had a very nice time. Really nice addition to the choices. Appreciate that there is another choice beyond the other fast food restaurants that seem to permeate communities.

The avocado and chicken salad had no (zero) avocado and very little chicken on it. The Ultimate nachos had very few toppings on them. We left the restaurant hungry and over $30 poorer.

Nice deli with good sammies. The bread tastes fresh and the sandwiches have great flavor. The broccoli could use some salt or butter or something to kind of bring the flavor up a little, but all in all a good fast food sammy.

What can you say. McAlisters is always great. This time we sat outside because it was so nice. Foods always delicious.
