Customer Reviews
So the service was excellent. The French dip was great. The mac and cheese was terrible, not the worst I have had, but right up there as bad. The tea refill was great. Could have bought a steak dinner for what I paid for this dinner. The wife's salad was good.
Salad was less than normal with wilted lettuce weak spinach very little chicken and about 1/4 of a avacado with brown spots and not sliced. The extra $1.50 that I paid on both the sandwich and salad total of $3. For avacado was not worth it. The sandwich was in line with the sandwich. The chicken didn't cover the bread and had what amounted to a spoonful of avacado. The girls working the counter and dinning room were very nice.
My daughter has celiac disease and cannot have gluten. Each time we have been here, we always specify no cookie for her kids meal as she has an allergy (Yes, I know celiac is an autoimmune disorder and not an allergy but most places understand “allergen” better than “autoimmune”). The last 2 times we’ve been, they have placed the cookie directly touching her other food. An older man has assured me each time that “we take allergens very seriously.” I’m not sure how serious they are taken when it is the same issue multiple times in a row when we’ve come. I have even asked if I should be ordering in a different way to ensure that this mistake is not continually made and he continues to tell me I am ordering it the way I should be.
Had a traniee take our order. She was polite. Our order came out in a timely manner. The food was not as ordered. However, the manager fixed the issue fas and gave us an apology. The atmosphere is cool and they played great music. Portions of the food here is great. It is plus size friendly. Handicap and wheelchair assesable(front dor may be harder to open for some). Plenty of parking. Been here a couple times, never disappointed.
Very small portion on the sandwich. Otherwise a good place to eat.
