⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love McAlister’s! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just right every time I visit. Their sandwiches and soups never disappoint, and the sweet tea is unmatched! At this specific location, the staff were so nice and helpful — they didn’t rush me at all and actually took the time to walk me through how to correctly apply my promo code for my meal. They were super patient, and the ringer was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It honestly made my visit such a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had great energy. Definitely recommend this location if you want great food and even better service!

Place is great for a nice lunch. The dining area was very spacious and super clean. Servers were polite and they were organized well so that orders got out fairly quick. I got the Kids salad meal with macaroni and cheese being my side. The salad tasted fresh and I love the dark pieces of lettuce and not all the lighter flavorless pieces. The noodles in the macaroni were a bit too soft but the flavor was ok

The server was down for most of the St.Louis locations and the pickup order I thought I had placed using a gift card didn't go through, so it wasn't ready when I got there. They tried to work with me and Amanda patiently tried to get it all entered for me, but it wouldn't go through correctly. The manager made it right by taking care of the bill and letting me know that they want my business and knew I had been waiting and had ordered it through the app. Amanda later came back to my table to check on me. I will definitely keep coming back and it's close to home, they are very nice, and the food is good. I was at the Des Peres location.

Food and service was great. Location was very clean.

Please stop cramming “to-go” orders in too small of a to/go bag. Shoving items in too small a bag makes it really irritating to carry, sit down properly & un-package. The bag doesn’t sit right on any surface, it rolls to the side, soup spills even when wrapped in cellophane, and items start falling out the second you go to untie it. And if it’s not tied properly the heavy item like soup can push it open when carrying & fall out. To go food is not intended to be packaged like one solid item( (such as a 1/2 gallon of ice-cream). The smaller bags seem to be for pastries or a single sandwich.
