McAlister's Deli

Every single time I have ordered from the Columbia location, the order has been completely wrong or extremely poor quality. I always say “it will be better next time”. But it keeps getting worse! I ordered the Spud Max this time and this is the disaster that I got. One small piece of ham and one tiny piece of turkey and the potatoe was so hard in spots that it was not edible. Trash!

Bought two McAllister Clubs and potato soups. One of the sandwiches was no honey mustard and both with no Swiss cheese and we were to get 2 pickle slices. Service was very slow. When my order was finally ready, I saw the cashier opening both of my sandwiches and looking at them. She even called the other cashier over to look. The 1st lady said she was adding a side of honey mustard because it looks like they only put a little bit on the one sandwich. When I got home (a to go order), the one sandwich didn't have any of the honey mustard and we didn't get the pickles. Soup only had a couple potato chunks. Tasted fine, just lacking the potatoes. I tried ordering online so it would be ready when I got there, but the app wouldn't let me for this location. I've used the app for other locations

First off the app does not work. Keeps telling you to update hiw you want to get your order(pick-up/delivery). I placed order online via actual website. I choose to pick-up at 11:15 am. I changed my time to 11:15 two or three times. I arrive to pick-up and my order and check-in. I go inside becauseyou the drive thru is too long and I had to get back to work. When I get in and give them my name, my order isn't even on the screen as being prepared. I look back at my order and the pick-up time was 11:45. I notified them of the mistake and the girl just says, oh well it's probably not gonna come out until 11:45. I ask them if there was anyway they could go ahead and start it as I was in a time crunch. I was basically ignored, didn't even get a response. I waited over 30 mins for my order. I

Honestly, I was disappointed in the portions. I ordered a sandwich, I only got one half...?? I "assumed" I would get the whole sandwich. It would have been nice for the employee to offer the whole sandwich. I was hungry. I would have paid for the other half. Other then that, the food was fine....

This was supposed to be a Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey. I had to pay extra for cheddar instead of pepper check. Probably less than a slice of turkey and it was also supposed to have bacon?? Sad excuse for a Mcallisters.
