Great experience! This restaurant never lets me down! I dad an amazing date night with my fiancé at this restaurant❤️highly recommended for a healthy dinner date with loved ones☺️ The staff is very kind and always engaging with customer. The food is ALWAYS PHENOMENAL I can’t wait to go back‼️

It’s like a treat every time I come here! Their food is very good. I tried the caramel cookie and let me tell you, it is to die for! I also come in a lot for their sweet tea. It’s sooooo good and I’ve even gotten a tea pass so it’s a little around $9 with tax to get a cup of tea for a month. The staff goes above and beyond with their service. They are so kind and courteous. Sometimes I have issues with my rewards app, and they always patiently work with me to resolve the problem. The staff that come around and clean the tables are also very attentive, making for quality service! Very delightful 🌟

I went in 10 minutes before closing and did not get acknowledged by anyone. Yet the manager told a young lady to help take my order. I asked if they still had bake potatoes because I understood they were closing, so my expectation wasn't to be mistreated at a place where I am spending my money. I would have preferred her to say no. The young lady in the back rolled her eyes at me as if I were bothering them. I do understand where they get their trying from because both their managers had poor customer service and the face that I paid for avocado and requested the cheese sauce to be on the side only to get what is pictured below. We ordered a BLTA, and received a LTA. They forgot the bacon. We also received beans & rice, and it was a pasty mess. Not a good experience. We have about 2700 points on their app, but can never use them, as the always offer a 10% discount for our points. The prices are also out of line, in my opinion.

It was clean. They were incredibly slow. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than making sure the customers were taken care of. We ordered 1 kids meals of uncrustables peanut butter and jelly, a king club and a pecan berry salad and it took over 15 minutes to get. The food was the same quality as it is at all McAllister locations.
