Absolutely delicious mouth watering menu - we tried almost everything on the menu but our fav was hands down the smash burger and waffle fries!

As a guy who loves all things BBQ: Brisket, Ribs, smashburgers, etc, I can’t tell you how good this BBQ pop up restaurant is. By far the BEST tasting, JUICIEST, and TENDER ribs and brisket and the most delicious smash burgers and sides in St. Louis, hands down. I don’t know what secrets they hold, but honestly for me, it is the best in STL hands down, better than Salt + Smoke, Sugar fire, or any other BBQ shops in STL. And it’s all HALAL. Alhamdulilah for them and their food, truly nothing else compares to their meat, burgers and their delicious sides which they come out with new ones every so often. Honestly think they should go all out with a full time restaurant as they’re only open Friday and Saturday nights, but they’re doing good for right now. Great hospitality, they’ve given me goo

Finally a smoked meat option we all were waiting for. Brisket and ribs are absolutely delicious. Nice patio setup outside and a full crew of staff across all stations- smoker, flat top grill, fryer, billing and serving. You can see your food cooked right in front of you. Family friendly atmosphere. Really charming to see young school kids gloved up and enthusiastically helping out. A huge smoker is ready on the side and the owners promised it'll be in live action next week. My only suggestion is to include something with tart/vinegar as a side to all the meat umami items to balance it out.

This place is absolutely 🔥, the smash burger was excellent and the brisket is cooked to perfection. We've been there a couple times and it has never missed a beat.
