McAlister's Deli

Post-Thanksgiving we wanted a light meal so decided to dine in and share a chef salad. To our delight, it was fresh, flavorful and generous. Service was amazing. By the time I finished paying, the salad was delivered to the table. Aiden and Chris later checked on whether we needed anything. Also, as a McAlister’s rewards member there are offers all the time. I chose a free dessert. The brookie was a satisfying end to a nice meal!

Ordered lunch for the first time here through Uber and they were super fast. While I appreciate the efficiency, the chicken salad was packed with too much sweetness. The broccoli cheddar soup had way too much cheese. There are gobbs of it. The flavor wasn’t bad. The ice tea was overly sweet, but a nice size. For $25 I would have expected a little better quality. Also they need to have a gluten free option for bread.

Visited: December 2 and 4, 2025 McAlister’s has become my go-to place whenever I visit the U.S. I ordered the King Club (I think that was the name), and it really hit the spot—very filling and consistently good both visits. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and checking in to see if I needed anything, which made the experience even better. It’s a place I look forward to returning to every time I travel. I would 100% recommend it. My star ranking system: 1: Bad / Don't go there 2: Could be better 3: Average 4: Above average but not the best 5: A true top notch place

Sooooo I went in the store to order 2 sides… one potato salad and the other chicken and dumpling soup. I live almost 30 mins away, was very excited about my order. I get home… no potato salad (red beans and rice) and no pickles that I asked for. I went specifically for potato salad!! I called to the store…just so they could be aware.. the manager said he would refund me lol do you think I got a refund?! I will not be returning.

Good spuds and sandwiches every time I visit. We had an issue with the At Table ordering when we were here, but Chris came out and took care of us. The staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and will be back again!
