Mayor's Mansion Inn Bed and Breakfast

I write this to reply to a prior poster’s review. We were also in a large group. Our experience was completely different!! The room was beautiful, the service was very good,, staff very friendly and the food was delicious. We had scones, quiche, chicken, salad, sandwich, pimento, cheese, sandwich, and assorted sweets. We were offered three different kinds of tea and coffee throughout the service. There were about 26 people in our group and they had no problem handling this size. The tea is a private event set up by whoever is sponsoring your trip. No, there was no tower of food per se. I didn’t see how this would make a difference.

My third stay in 3 different rooms and it’s so lovely. The mansion is old but well maintained. Beds are comfy, sheets are luxurious, & towels are super soft. The breakfast is amazing. Service is amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the Mayor's Mansion. Had a few mishaps and Sabrina especially just went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Even shipping my husbands forgotten boots back to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable in a stunning house with so much history. Would come stay again

Lovely historical home in a great location. The first thing I noticed was the house was very clean and neat, keeping in mind the house is historical and has lots of character which is to be expected! The staff was friendly and hospitable. They offered complementary drinks and snacks. The room was supplied with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Although we didn't stay for breakfast, the dining area was beautifully set and music to fit the era of the past. The house felt safe and secure. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the chairs in the room were so fragile you were afraid to sit in them for the lack of support. You need at least one good sturdy chair for putting on shoes or just to have a place to sit comfortably. Other tha

Highly recommend the gold package for a special occasion! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and was very pleased with every detail of our stay. We opted to add dinner at the Inn and it was delicious! The in room couples massage my favorite part. Everyone was so kind and I hope we come back soon and experience some of the other rooms and decor.
