Biggest disappointment was the wait time after ordering. Literally took 40 minutes for our food. Lechon was good, but $20 for Max fried chicken, a fried and tasteless chicken similar in size to a Cornish game hen, not good - disappointed. Please see pics as the condiment container next to the chicken shows you its actual size. Yes, it's a very small chicken.

I love this new branch of Max’s restaurant, very delicious kare kare and sinigang na Bangus at boneless pa. Sulit ang presyo dahil marami Ang servings. This is my comfort food, it brings the Philippine cuisine in America. I highly recommend to all who wants delicious Filipino food. So happy that they open closer to me.

Such a great spot for Filipino comfort food! The fried chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside — just how Max’s should be. I also tried their garlic fried rice, and it was delicious! 😍 The staff was really kind and welcoming, and the food came out quick, which is perfect if you’re grabbing a bite while shopping at Island Pacific. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re craving that classic Filipino home-style flavor!

I'd definitely come back to try more fo their food! I had their fried chicken and garlic rice. The chicken was seasoned just fine and the breading was nice and crispy. The whole chicken is enough for two meals! The garlic rice was good too! Can't wait to try out the other options off the menu!

Placed an online order, arrived 20-minutes past pick-up time, and ended up waiting 20 minutes more minutes just to be helped, despite standing in front of the checkout kiosk – was ignored numerous times and not even an, “We’ll be with you shortly.” I understand that they might have been short-staffed, but stopping and asking other customers what they were waiting for might have reduced wait times significantly. Service has room for improvement.
