I felt welcomed and the music made me feel like I was in a Upscale place for Hip-hop music lovers and truly fantastic Ramen. The original fried chicken was to good. It's ok to order to much chicken here. We listened to some of my favorite music 🎶 and hung out as a family.
The ultimate rainy-day recharge—one slurp and your worries dissolve. This places ambiance was fantastic and the food was delectable. Service was good for how busy they were, we were the beginning of the dinner crowd. We got the Pumpkin Tantanmen, which I recommend since it’s the fall special and temporary. It’s not that spicy like a 5 out of 10. My friend got the mild curry ramen. Our favorite part was the broth and pork belly. I would recommend getting extra serving of pork belly. The noodles were good but we both thought they could’ve been a bit thicker. We also shared a 2 piece order of jumbo tenders and they are def JUMBO! I got the curry flavor and it was soooo good. I saved the left over for my broth. Our only complaint was the table we got was super janky, like it had a missing s
We tried out Matsunoki today and loved it. I regularly go to different ramen places around Portland and this was probably one of my favorites so far. Our group tried the black garlic shoyu ramen, vegan tokyo shoyu ramen, curry ramen, tantanmen ramen, and crispy chicken and loved them.
This might be my new favorite ramen place. The menu is short, simple and interesting! I highly recommend the Curry Ramen and it was delightfully warming on a cold November evening. The fried chicken is certainly worth a try as its fresh, crispy, and not overly greasy. My only issue was the price. We ordered 2 ramen, 2 chicken wings and 2 drinks, all for just over $50. This felt a little spendy for Ramen. Our service was quick and friendly and the person behind the counter was very knowledgeable and patient. We will come back!
One of the best ramen spots in Portland. We used to go to the one in Pine Street Market and loved it. We were happy to see that they got their own place on Fremont. We like the atmosphere and this location has cocktails
