MATIZ SHORE HOUSE

This may be my new favorite spot! The food was outstanding, the entire staff was so sweet and accommodating, and the live music and atmosphere couldn’t have been more perfect. The hostess was very kind and allowed us to switch to the bar after taking a seat in the front dining area. Food wise, the beef empanada and spicy guacamole appetizers were amazing. For dinner, we got the beef tacos, Chicken Matiz, and the Bandejo, which were all perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server/bartender, Jeiber, was so helpful and so sweet. He made us a few surprise drinks which were all great, in addition to recommending a few of his favorite dishes to us. Wow, can’t believe this restaurant was here for 4 years and never knew about it. Took a chance last night and will be back multiple times! Food a mixture of Latin America spices and flavors. Portions priced for value with representative portions. Atmosphere and music had a “chill” vibe. Not a BYOB but the drinks we purchased were god sized and fairly priced compared to other restaurants in the area. At 10:00 I was told they move the tables and you can dance! This place is the total package for a delicious romantic dinner! I’ll be back with family and friends!!!!! Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting, perfect for both a casual night out or a special occasion.

Great place to come and unwind after work or any occasion for a drink and a good meal. I literally wanted to order the whole menu lol. Lovely place nicely decorated 😍and an ultimate plus to have sports channels on 💯
