Mateo's Ice Cream & Fruit Bars

Mateo's juices are really good. On this morning, I ordered a breakfast wrap with an orange juice. It also comes with a side of fruit. I frequently visit all four of their locations and the quality is consistent. They have a variety of fruit bars that are also worth trying. This location is in a small plaza so parking can be difficult at times. Restroom available.

If you like homemade style ice cream, then this is the place for you. Ample selection of ice creams, and very tasty. Aside from ice creams, they also have a vast selections of ice cream bars, cut fruit and dozens of other tasty treats. Expect to stand in line, this location is very popular. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the parking situation can bad during peak hours. However, the staff is very friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this place for people who love ice cream.

Mateo’s bursts with colors as much as they burst with flavors and selections of treats. It a whole vibe in here and they must be used to people coming in to oooo and awwww at their selection. The presentation of their gelatos and popsicle bars makes you feel like a kid in a candy shop, and it’s placed at a low eye level so kids can get a good look at the selection. They have treats for everyone! I was in the mood for something nostalgic so I chose a scoop of eggnog in a cop. My toddler got a watermelon popsicle and my friend picked their coffee ice cream. You can go all out and get a cone or cup lined with chocolate and sprinkles, topped with whipped cream, cherries and nuts. Or you could go the opposite way and order a fresh green juice and pick up sliced watermelon or mangos. Adorable

This is bar none One of the Best ice cream spot in LA of you want exotic flavors from the Americas meaning flavors from America to South America and central too Lots of Latin flavors from Horchata to Sour Sop to even Cafe Olla...please go here you will not be disappointed...they even have fresh juices too... woww...my son's best 2nd
