Master Donuts of Berea

Nice folks. Had a couple glazed cake donuts and apple fritters. We came in about 1230 pm and they still seemed fresh. If you’re giving these folks a bad rating because you have trouble understanding their accents; you need to check yourself. We moved her from Michigan and I can’t understand some of YOUR accents. I don’t get all pissy like a little girl and stomp out of the donut shop. ( If you read this: you know who you are. ) Do better. These are our neighbors.

Excellent donut shop. Very kind and welcoming to the young customers who are often shunned by other local businesses. This shop and it's owner are A+ in my experience. Great donuts too!

It's a donut shop! They have coffee. They have milk. They have sodas. OS. They feature the donuts! Croissants as well as eclair's or Long John's whichever you prefer. It's a family shop. And on occasion, if you're really nice/ most times you might get a bonus! To be determined. Well worth the trip. We go at least once a week.

I ordered a taro boba tea and brown sugar boba tea paid over $15 w tip. I couldn’t understand the cashier’s English so I pointed to the menu they have at the register when I ordered. When I got to the car, there were no bobas. I went back to tell them they forgot them they said they cost .75c extra per cup, but clearly on their sign it says $5 and some change for ‘boba tea’ and shows cups overflowing with bobas. I asked for a refund because I wasn’t paying more when they advertised it incorrectly and he accused me of drinking too much product when my husband only took just two drinks of the taro before realizing there was no bobas.My brown sugar was so sickeningly sweet it was inedible so I wouldn’t have been able to drink it anyway.
