Massillon Public Library

I adore books and this place has what I need. It has free charging for phones and laptops and iPads. It has a WIDE amount of books to choose from. The place has a child’s section and more of an older child to young adult to old adult sections.

The library itself is beautiful, but the staff in the children section is not very welcoming . Me and my daughter walked in made eye contact with the two women at the desk , We did not get greeted. But as a family was leaving at the same time they made sure to tell them goodbye. I went up to the desk to take a picture of some flyers & still did not get greeted or ask if I needed assistance with anything. I ended up having to ask one of the ladies their name just to get Angie’s attention. Sad

One of the nicest library's I've ever been to. Definitely a favorite. Gorgeous, well-kept building, good selection, kind policies, helpful employees, and great events!

I signed up for a class and drove there and found out it was cancelled. No notification that it was cancelled. In fact I received an email reminder of the beforehand and it still showed as open on the website. Very poor customer service. Go to the Stark County libraries for better service, selection of material and classes! Don’t bother with this library!

My kids love this place! They just finished the summer reading program! Such fun every week with new activities! Because of this library my three kids read a total of 150 books! I’m amazed. Thank you to the library
