Liebermann's and Beyond Bakery

Liebermann's is the best bakery in town. It was established in 1880 by German immigrants. Their goods cost more than a typical bakery, but you'll see why as soon as you take a bite.

Recently stopped in here. First time since the turn over. OMG! Everything looked great. I narrowed it down to a few items. The apple fritter was awesome. The Salted Caramel cookies are going to be my Number #1 top pick. It smelled just like I remembered. Good job everyone. Thank you for the friendly and fast service.

Such an adorable little bakery in downtown Massillon! The ladies at the counter were so friendly and welcoming too. Great prices. The glazed donut is perfection; chunky, fluffy, and not too sweet - loved it! And the smiley cookies are so cute, perfect for gifting or a little mood boost. I'm not usually a huge fan of filled donuts but I decided to try the lemon filled powdered donut and I was not disappointed, I don't know how to describe the donut texture properly - it's similar to soft fresh bread, so thick and fluffy, and the lemon filling was delicious - not too sweet and it didn't leave an aftertaste 🎉🏆. I recommend visiting early, especially on holidays - they seem to sell out quickly. we arrived at 10am and lots of flavors were already sold out for the day. But we loved everything

11/1/25 Stopped in to try the donuts. We purchased a dozen assorted donuts and some cookies. Kinda disappointed with the flavors. The chocolate cream sticks were plain tasting, the chocolate icing was tasteless and needed more of a chocolate flavor, and the dough was greasy tasting. My husband did like the black raspberry jelly donut. The long twisted glazed donut was pretty much tasteless. These donuts are just ok and missing good flavor. Service was good and the store is nice.

Stopped in this morning to grab some world famous smiley cookies to hand out to my coworkers. Let’s just say as soon as they got them their faces resembled the cookies! Absolutely love being able to stop in and support a local business when seeking a sweet treat to make someone’s day! Everyone in the shop was so friendly and welcoming. If you haven’t tried their pizza dough yet I highly recommend grabbing some next time you’re in! Don’t forget about them during the middle of the week or on a rainy day, donuts & cookies taste good more than just on Fridays! #ShopLocal
