Massey's Pizza Sports Bar & Wings

Arrived at 12:30 for the pizza lunch buffet until 2. Greeted & drink order taken right away. Went to buffet area. Salad section was nice large bowl of lettuce with a bunch of available topping. Looked and saw pizza area. Several were there, but looked and tasted like over an hour old. About 1:15 when we started to leave, the remaining pizzas were rightfully trashed as thy should’ve been a couple hours before when fresh pizzas were brought out. Clue to the mess was during our 45 min visit, not a single pizza was brought out until we were walking toward door.

We hadn't been to Massey's in awhile so we opted to have dinner. We sat down and placed our order. After sitting for close to 20 minutes our waitress was confused with what we ordered. When I reminded her we received our luke warm potato skins. Shortly after our food arrived and was hot and fresh. Overall dining experience was okay but there is room for improvement.

I’m actually in shock about how I was treated by the manger, Jamie. We came in with a large party with kids and the waiter was great. We understand that large parties are difficult especially on a Saturday night so when everyone was done eating and me and my husband had still not received our food we finally got the waiters attention. He said that someone else had taken our order and that they were getting it for us asap. We were very kind and said no problem. Never asked for him to take money off or for anything free. We paid for our food and waited to take it go because everyone else from our party was already leaving. I ordered the captain's fish and chips today from the Grove City store. I just wanted to say first of all the food was absolutely delicious and second of all I'm handicapped. I called the store to see if they were able to bring my order out to me because I've had a tough day today and 100% absolutely they did. I wish I would have got the lady's name that brought it out to me but I just want to say I appreciate it so much for that big act of kindness ❤️❤️❤️ you definitely have a customer for life

Went in for the lunch buffet between 11:30-12:30 with about 5 other people dining. Whilst the food all tasted good, the variety was anything but "large" as advertised. Price was $10.99 per person and $5.99 is a very2 There were 5 pizzas: sausage, pepperoni, cheese, pepperoni and sausage, and Supreme. Next to the pizza was 3 very hot bins which marinara, pasta, and plain fried wings. In another bin was garlic bread which was tasty but it was not kept warm. The salad bar was essentially non edible as the bowl of iceberg lettuce was soft and wilted. There were only 6 toppings and 2 dressings available. They also did not have any of the dessert pizzas as advertised. They only provided paper plates/bowls which didn't really bother me other than the fact that the buffet was so small it just m
