Very hospitable and welcoming staff, service, and the food was great as well. Highly recommend the fresh strawberry juice. The hummus was amazing and very smooth. Kiddo loved the garlic sauce. Lamb was tender. Staff were very open, kind, and explained Ramadan to us and other customers which is the great thing about trying cuisines from different cultures. It's a way to learn about people and increase awareness and tolerance for people who may be different in some aspects but at the end of the day we are all human.

Beware when you are paying !! We were frequent patrons of Damascus when they were in the previous location and their prices were reasonable but now they increased due to new location which is understandable but they are charging a Hospitality fee of 3.5% which when asked it was by the state or something !! I asked multiple times and I got the same answer !! I have been to so many restaurants here in Castle Rock and not one restaurant is charging this hospitality fee. I have absolutely no idea why I need to pay additional fees when I have already paid the taxes for food which I am taking to go and not even Dine In .. The biggest joke is they are charging hospitality fee while there are flies everywhere. Also the food quality went down completely !! The gyro is burnt and inedible to eat !

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurants around! The food is absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. Everything is always fresh and perfectly cooked. Big thanks to Mona for the amazing hospitality and friendly service, and huge respect to the chef for the incredible food. You can truly taste the passion in every dish. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food!

We ordered gyros to go and when we got home and opened the bag, were very disappointed. First of all, they’re small. There was hardly any meat in our gyros, literally two strips of meat wide down the whole thing. The meat itself was also not very flavorful. There was hardly any tzatziki or feta either. Overall not a filling lunch, which sucks because we LOVE gyros and were very happy to have a Mediterranean restaurant in town.

We decided to stop in for the first time after reading some reviews and we were not disappointed. The food and service were both fantastic. Our server was very personable and helpful. The food was sooo good. The hummus was incredible, my husband really liked it and he doesn’t usually like hummus. He had the beef shawarma and loved all the flavor and I had the vegetable sampler and was so glad to try all the different veggie items and they were all so very good. We tried the cream and the walnut baklavas and both were quite the treat. We will be back!
