My experience is that inmates in the facility are dying frequently and the food is serious sub-par. Possibly serving rotten food and has frequently made my loved one throw up. In turn he is afraid to speak out in fear of retaliation.

Total incompetence. I have called daily for weeks now and get a recording stating not to leave a message that everyone is busy... for weeks! There are seven facilities open for fingerprinting but only one number to call? No online capabilities? For those like me that are stuck, I called the local Sheriff's Office, then used their online scheduling tool to make an appt this week. Living in state with high taxes and revenue, why can't Maryland get its act together?

My finger print results were mailed out of this office on April 12, 2019, and to this day I still haven't received them, I've called several times and keep getting the same results, mine you this is for my current employment. I reside not far, I'm not sure what the hold up could possibly be.

I have met several members of the staff and all are very helpful and professional. I met a member of K-9 unit today and he was very squared away and professional.
