What an experience. Small plates, but huge flavors. Mitch at the bar is an amazing mixologist who made for a fun and entertaining visit. Very knowledgeable. Loved the twists on traditional dishes: Brussel Sproats were cold, almost like a salad. A refreshing change from traditional sugar bomb brussel dish. Flavors popped with this one. The potatoe salad had warm small potatoes with a sauce that brought in the traditional potato salad taste at an elevated level. Venison from New Zealand was ridiculously tender. Could've ordered 4 of these. Just wow. Cocktails were excellent. Will be back for sure!

I was a little unsure if the size of the meals would be enough for me. As soon as we sat down for our reservation, the bartender explained to us that they served small plates meant to share and you can order as you go. Perfect! We started with handcrafted cocktails, which were fantastic, and the sea trout. The plates came out quick and it was nice to try a variety of the options. We cannot wait to go back, and see what options are featured next time!

Marvol is a full experience — I sat at the bar so I got to see all the plates and drinks being made and chat with the staff. Lovely space, amazing and creative flavor combos.

This is a diamond in the rough, there are only a few tables, so make a reservation, absolutely worth it, the staff is personable and friendly. The cocktails are fantastic, the mixologist is an artist. The chef is a genius and curates a new menu monthly that is unique and fantastic. They serve small shareable plates that are as beautiful as they are delicious, plan on at least an hour and a half as it is as much about the experience as it is the food. Will go back again, without a doubt.

First visit and every bite was delicious. Thanks for the excellent food and service. We had a great time.
