Loved everything about this place the moment we walked in! Think Joshua Tree meets old school diner…We tried four of the cocktails which were all so unique and delicious in their own way (don’t be fooled by their size). For food, we had the chips and guac, crispy shrimp tacos and crispy beef tacos. Definitely recommend the crispy beef! Perfect crunchy shell and so flavorful. Our server was also so knowledgeable on the menu and engaging. Looking forward to the next time Marvito ;)

Feels like you’re at a valley dive (in a cool vibe way). Def make a reservation. Very loud inside but comfortable booths. Food tasted great, but Ozempic friendly portions leave a lot to be desired. The quesadillas is actually a taco (just on its side) 20% automatic gratuity even for a party of 3, just a heads up. We did have OK service.

First the wins. Food is consistently incredible. Would I think I would order Veal Parm multiple times in what’s basically a Mexican restaurant? Definitely not. Trust me, it’s possibly the best in LA. Now, the service. Yikes on bikes they need to get it together. Sometimes the services is excellent and sometimes it’s hot gatbage. Went yesterday evening and it was allll off. Was greeted with their standard, your table “isn’t ready feel free to wait at the bar” aka “we make sure you can’t sit on time so you drink more”. That’s cool NBD. When we finally were able to sit, we still hadn’t received our drinks from the bar which is also not a major deal but waiting for 13 minutes for reservations and not getting our drinks in that time felt unnecessarily slow for a Sunday at 6:30. My family and I recently had dinner at Marvito in West Hollywood, and the entire evening was simply exceptional from beginning to end. We were greeted by a warm and friendly valet, followed by a lively host who made us feel welcomed immediately. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu - offering thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be absolute highlights. We tried several dishes, and every single one of them was outstanding! The crispy beef tacos were unforgettable - my son and husband couldn’t stop talking about them. I’ve been to Marvito four times since they opened, and every visit has been a little different in the best way. You can stay on the tex-mex side of the menu (tuna tostada and crispy beef taco are both standouts), or go all in with the veal parmesan (favorite thing on the menu) and the chicken piccata (close second). The macho salad is always a win, and everything pairs well with their signature Marvarita (marg served up in a cocktail glass). The whole place just has a great energy without ever trying too hard.
