After a long wait, SUSHISAMBA LA is finally open, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we pulled up to valet, the service was exceptional. Valet was quick, seamless, and convenient. We checked in downstairs, took the elevator up to the 4th floor, and the second those doors opened, you could feel the vibe. The hosts greeted us by name and personally walked us to our table. They even had a thoughtful birthday note waiting for my wife, which made her feel truly special. Walking in, the restaurant immediately gives off an upscale, elevated energy. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, was on point. The place was fully staffed, and it felt like someone was checking in on us every few minutes without ever being overbearing. WOW WOW WOW!! My new favorite spot in LA. The ambience is incredibly stunning with that open roof. The food was delicious, I didn’t take a photo of the wagyu on the hot stone but that was my favorite dish. The blend of Peruvian/Brazilian/Japanese is genius, I’m obsessed with the options. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

We visited Sushi Samba in West Hollywood for a special celebration and really wanted to love this place. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed the experience at first. However, the ending completely ruined our evening. We were a group of 8 with a 2.5-hour reservation. After about 2 hours, a manager asked us to leave the table, even though we still had time left and were planning to order dessert and finish our celebration. We were offered to move to a VIP table with complimentary drinks so we could continue — which we agreed to. But after moving, before our drinks even arrived, another staff member told us we couldn’t stay there and asked us to leave. As a result, our celebration was cut short — no dessert, no cake, and no
