I’ve been excited about this place ever since I first heard about them at the Asian Night Market last year, and they completely lived up to the hype. The experience was top-tier from start to finish. Ethan was behind the bar making our rolls and did an amazing job explaining each one as it was placed in front of us. We tried almost everything on the menu and honestly didn’t have a single bad bite. The fish was extremely fresh, the rolls were perfectly balanced, and the pricing felt very fair for the quality. What really stood out was how intentional everything felt. The team took the time to explain what you were eating, which made the whole experience feel personal and well thought out — especially impressive for opening day. We have been searching for fresh sushi since we moved to Memphis. Not only was the fish fresh with unique flavors to each roll but the ambience was amazing and the staff (from the hostess, to the waiter to the chef) were all so nice and helpful! Everything we had was delicious! We had the small bites, the hamachi and sake crudos and the three hand roll set and finished off with the Wagyu roll. The Wagyu was definitely high quality melt in your mouth!

The food is high quality, and the price reflects that. The service makes you feel like you're VIP. It's not a place to go if you're looking for fast and cheap food and large portions. You're paying for an experience, and a good one at that. The waitstaff, the management, the chefs were top notch and attentive and accommodating.
