I went to the Palo Alto farmers market and ... what the heck ... purchased (on good faith) six escargot's. Now ... I consider myself an expert as I LOVE my escargots and I must have tried them in hundreds of restaurants. Well ... Their escargots are out of this world!!! I drove back home (South Lake Tahoe) and two days later I prepared and ate them. WOW Now I only wish they would ship or have a distributor close by. Watch these guys. Their food is going places.
