Mario's Pizzeria

I had a very unpleasant experience today at Mario’s Pizzeria at 1-17 Schwab Rd, Melville, NY 11747. My wife and I came in around 6:10 PM on Thursday, January 15, 2026. From the moment we arrived, the cashier was extremely rude to us while we were deciding what to order. We wanted to try four different slices, and she acted annoyed and impatient the entire time. After we paid and sat down, the same employee brought our food and literally threw the tray onto the table without saying a word. Then she started dragging chairs loudly around the tables near us for no reason. The attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. I don’t know if it was because we are Hispanic or if she was having a bad day and chose to take it out on us, but the experience was uncom

I've been past here many times over, but the first time I actually ate here, and I am sure when I visit my friends over here, I will be back for more. This time, I had 2 Buffalo chicken slices. They were both delicious. They do ask if you want blue cheese or ranch, but I do not use either. If you stay there to eat, they cook or warm up your food and bring it to your table when it is ready.

Mario’s is always delicious. The food reheats great, and the service is friendly + efficient. Plenty of parking and conveniently located next to italian ice and froyo, which makes it an easy stop for dinner and sweets
