Mario's Pizza

Apr 9, 2025 Awesome Pizza 🤩 Humangus size and great taste. Ordered 2 slices (cause did not know that they are gargantuan), was full before finishing the first one. Definitely recommending.

I absolutely love this Mario's. I was working in Emerald Isle not long ago and I was so hungry after I finished my shift that I had stopped by a Michelangelo's Pizza. I was quite disappointed with the unflavored cardboard box I had consumed. A day later I decided to give Mario's Pizza a try instead here in Havelock and I was not disappointed. Not only was the food phenomenal, but the employees there are so kind and you can tell that they enjoy their job and that they're happy people. I try to go there at least once or twice a week. I highly recommend eating here.

Best pizza and Calzone I've ever eaten. Reasonable prices , friendly kind staff. I eat here probably twice a week. I absolutely love Mario's Pizza. From a slice to a full meal.

Great little place. Plenty of seating. We had a Pepperoni Stromboli and an Italian sub. Both were delicious. Minimal wait time, even with constant call in and people picking up. Very organized and calm. Price was great and the beer was cold. Oh Yea, we'll be back.

We ordered large pizza half Hawaiian, half Meat Lover style with no olives. I hate to say this but I did not like Mario's. I'm hesitant to leave poor reviews, but the crust had bad texture and taste. Unevenly cooked crust. Some spots looking like they were burned, others, raw crust white. The sauce was very unremarkable. Runny. The toppings that I had which were ham and pineapple, ham seemed to be cut up cold-cut meat. (I ordered the Hawaiian side). Maybe I got two pieces of pineapple per slice. Stingy. I think you'd be better off going to Domino's. At least you know what to expect. Mario's, expect poor quality. It did not kill my pizza urge. I wanted to order a new pizza somewhere else right away. We were on the road so we ate it.
