Marco's Pizza

The pizza from this location is great every time I've visited. Employees are very attentive and friendly. Dining area is always clean and stocked. I will be back in the future for more great pizza and service.

The food is not clean, and the workers clearly aren’t either. This is the second time we’ve found hair baked into the pizza slices. Last time, we submitted feedback and asked for a call back but nobody ever called us. Now it happened again, and this time I’m posting pictures publicly so management can’t just ignore it. We paid $89 for this order, that’s not small money to be getting food that’s this dirty and unsafe. Marco’s Pizza needs to take responsibility, fix their hygiene standards, and stop serving contaminated food.

The food was very good I would get it again. The staff (which I think may have been the owners) was top notch. They interacted with my kids and myself very well. They gave us a bunch of plates and cups to take back to the hotel. Only reason for a 4 star is the sizes were just a bit small for my liking. Otherwise I loved here

Ordered a cauliflower crust pizza through their app for someone with a gluten allergy, but they sent a regular crust instead. Thankfully I caught the mistake before it was eaten — this could have been a serious health issue. When I called to request a replacement with the correct cauliflower crust, the employee I spoke with told me it was my problem and that there was nothing they would do. No apology, no concern, no solution. Between the unreliable app, lack of quality control, and extremely poor customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, I would strongly recommend being cautious ordering from here.
