New Melle Baking Company

We used their services for our daughter's wedding in Defiance. I ordered four 1/4 sheet cakes and one 6" round. Elizabeth is so talented in baking and decorating the cakes. She made all the flavors I asked for and they all were so moist, delicious, fresh and flavorful! The buttercream frosting is most delicious! The vanilla almond cake with dark cherry filling could be called cherry pie cake! Vanilla with strawberry filling went fast, and chocolate cake with raspberry was so fantastic, chocolate with cookies and cream was our daughter's favorite and chocolate with espresso butter cream was so very rich and decadent. All cakes were moist and exceptional in flavor and decoration! Also their coffee cake is outstanding! Breakfast sandwiches and breakfast casserole are very good as well

They went the extra mile to find a recipe so he could have his own egg-free smash cake, which meant the world to us! Elizabeth was fantastic to work with, so kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. New Melle Baking Company is a trusted New Melle Chamber member. They have amazing items, and a cozy sit down area. They are active with the Chamber. Always sponsoring baked goods for meetings. They are a hub for our community, brining people together. 10/10 recommend!

I tried the New Melle Baking Company today for the first time and I found the BEST apple fritter around. It had crispy edges and moist inside that actually had Apple filling in it. The donuts were also very good. I will be back!!!
