Marco's Pizza

Ordered delivery this evening and its been over an hour and I have not received my delivery. I call them and the guy just says it's on the way and they got a little behind. So 1 and a half hour laters i will eventually receive my order. I left a 10 dollar tip on top of the 5 dollar delivery charge which brought my bill to 62.00 its alot to pay but you pay for the expedited convenience of the delivery. The young man i spoke with paid no attention to the concern I had and made no attempt to make it right .

Let me just say… after my absolute NIGHTMARE experience at Little Caesars, I didn’t think pizza could ever feel safe again. But MARCO’S PIZZA? Wow. The customer service was excellent—polite, attentive, and actually smiling, unlike those lazy, gross “employees” at Little Caesars who couldn’t care less. It was like walking into a place that ACTUALLY knows how to treat people. And the food… oh my goodness. Perfectly cooked, hot, and fresh—every single bite was heaven. None of that dropped-on-the-floor, handled-with-gross-hands nonsense I saw at Little Caesars. The employees at Marco’s were nicely groomed, professional, and obviously proud of their work. I wish I could rate this place as a 0. I went inside to preorder 12 pizzas for the next day. The manager “Ms. Harmon” was very rude and bothered that she was called to the register 3 times by the employee who had questions. The employee was trying to help me, but told me he was new. I was trying to get the best deal for 12 pizzas. When the manager came to the register the 3rd time by the request of the employee (not me) She told me “I have come to the register 3 times, what is it that you need” as she rolled her eyes. I looked at her and could not believe she was talking to me that way. I told her I was trying to get the best deal for my order. She said she could only come off $3.00. Wow! I went elsewhere and got 12 pizzas half the price Marcos was going to charge me. This is not the first

I've always loved Marco's pizza, until tonight. I placed an order for two pizzas for delivery tonight. They arrived 45 minutes late, were barely lukewarm upon arrival and one pizza was incorrectly prepared. Neither the store nor the driver could answer the simple question as to when my pizza was ready. The store makes it sound like my driver has been carrying it around for 45 minutes while the driver apparently drives at lightspeed because according to him he picked it up 3 minutes before arriving at my house. For this I tipped 33%. Never again.

We stopped here while traveling through. Excellent service and awesome pizza. Another thing that impressed us was when he was ringing up our order and we swiped our card, he skipped the "suggested tip" step. He may be the owner of the place, not sure. It's just good to deal with reasonable folks. Seemed very nice too. The girl that gave us the order was great too. I wish it was near me, I'd definitely go back.
