Marco's Pizza

So I call you guys,waited 6minutes for someone to answer phone, decided to drive up there,phone is still ringing. Pull up in the parking lot, we are at 9 minutes now. I hung up the phone and walked in. Two people are standing by the phone. So I place the order in the store,asked if they would call me when it is done. I wait, see others come and go while I waited for my call. I decided to go back in to check on my pizza. It's done, I asked how long it's been done they say it's been for 10 minutes. I said hey you guys said you would call me when it's done. One of the employees that was standing there when I placed my order tried to lie and say we never said that

Ordered pizza for two separate houses to feed my daughters and their friends and they delivered it all to one house then took them 2 hours to make it right called to talk to the manager raven and asked for a credit toward the account and she told me can’t do anything about it because it was the next day that I called terrible customer service

Ordered food tonight at 10:30pm on 3/2/26 never got our food and never got a refund. Tried to call the store with no success. Straight robbery! Would give 0 stars if it was an option! Very disappointed

Ordered a specialty pizza for pickup, it was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and upbeat during ordering & pickup. Easy parking. They could've try to sell extras a bit more.

We have ordered from Marco's Port Clinton multiple times now. The food is always hot and tasty! Food is ready on time, easy to order on line and friendly staff. They even honored a special that I wasn't aware of.
