Marco's Pizza

Ordered for the first time and wanted to love, but found black hair in the food. As far as flavor, the Pepperoni Magnifico crust wasn’t good however the sausage with regular crust was okay. Unfortunately wouldn’t order again.

Waited an hour with my 6 year old for a pizza that never came and had to cancel. Manager Jeff yelled at customers from behind the oven to just cancel and leave review when they asked for an update on their order. Multiple people were there for over an hour while others came in and picked up right away. Never a consideration for oh you've been here a long time let me get that in. I feel really bad for the rest of the staff because they are nice but Jeff should not be a manager there.

Im only giving a 1 star because I can't give a zero. Yesterday I called in a order at 445pm and I was literally waiting at the restaurant till 615pm. My food still wasnt ready. I mean I get that it was Halloween but you gotta do better than that. There were so many people waiting and weren't getting there food either. Every time that myself and other customers were asking for an eta on our food we were just being ignored. They only cared about the delivery orders and the door dash orders. All the employees were really nice and apologetic but the manager Jeff was being so rude. Telling one customer " I can't do anything for you". Just cancel your order and get a refund". This was my first Marcos experience. Maybe its just this location. But I will never go there again. I suggest you don't e

Really??, I paid $9.00 for this?? If it wasn't delivered, I'd send it back. Pizza was good though, save your money, don't get the sub.

It took a while to find a favorite pizza place in Woodbridge, but this is definitely it. The toppings are super fresh and it’s not greasy, the crust is perfect and extra delicious. Customer service is friendly and excellent too. Love all the cups of yummy sauces you can order too.
