Marco's Pizza

Tonight I had a taste for pizza and stopped at this location. When I entered it quickly became clear that only one worker was there in the entire restaurant! In spite of this the employee who was named Deon still greeted me with a smile and in good time. He had no issues in making modifications to my pizzoli and made delicious suggestion for my salad dressing for salad. My order was finished faster than I expected and was delicious! Thanks Deon for showing great customer service even when faced with an unusual work day. I will definitely be back!

This location had closed and I realized it had opened back up. I had visited this location many times in the past. Noone was at the counter when I entered. There was one person near the kitchen area having a conversation on his phone. He looked up but didn't acknowledge for about 2 minutes. A lady finally came out to take order. Once completed she put my two pizzas on counter and left. No customer service here. I open box to check it, got my own napkins, pepper, parmasan cheese and left. Both pizzas were cut in pieces and not slices(??) The sausage had a weird bad taste...had to pick it off. I will not be visiting this location again.

Called to order 40 extra large pizzas was made at 9:30-9:45pm and the location near the Delta Flight Museum made it ALL possible to get the order fulfilled. The service, the willingness , and the effort was 100% to our satisfaction. Great job! We were hosting a large Gala Event and the vendors and crew wanted to have something to eat after a long day of work (12 or more hours). We were able to provide pizza for about 110 people or more. The order was 40 extra large pizzas 🍕 that arrived in short time, greatly cooked and tasty, and hot oven incredible crust.

Got a pizza last night. 45 min wait. When I got there the girls inside where not working. My small deluxe must have weighed in around 6lbs. I took one bite and found the sausage was rotten. This pizza was not edible and unsafe. This location has major issues. I contacted Marcos for a refund and am waiting for a reply. In the past, I’ve had great experiences, but not at this particular location. I’m not saying all Marco’s are represented by my experience, but this particular location I personally would avoid Edit : I did follow up by emailing the link provided and calling the store. The store refused a refund. I never received an email back after 2 attempted tries with the “contact” link provided. Disappointing to say the least.

Ordered a large P. Mag today for lunch and it was literally all crust pretty. Whoever docked the crust on my pizza did a terrible job. Barely had toppings on it. I used to work at Marco's and I know that there is supposed to be more old world pepperoni on the pizza than what I got plus it's supposed to go on top of the pizza so it can get crispy. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait for another pizza
