Marco's Pizza

This is the third time this has happened. The first time I chalked it up. The second time my kids ate the pizza before I could get pictures. This time I'm not letting it slide. This pizza is a very specific pizza my wife and I like a lot. I ordered double OWP(Old world pepperoni), DID NOT receive, olives, DID NOT receive, and extra cheese, DID NOT receive. The other pizzas were definitely not double OWP or double cheese. This will be the last time I order from them again. It's to bad to because delivery is great, wings are great. Just can't seem to understand instructions or the manager at the time of order is complicit in super saving Marco's that extra money because they lay it to you when adding extra anything.

The deer park location has gone downhill in the past year. We would religiously order pizza every Tuesday and it was always amazing. Then in August we had an order that was messed up, called and they made it right. Since then we have had 3 messed up orders, the most recent in October I was supposed to get a refund for the pizza that was not correct, never received it. We waited a month and ordered another pizza tonight. Ordered the Philly and added jalapeños. This pizza might have 5 tiny crumbles of steak on it. It is basically a veggie pizza. Sad to say I give up ordering from this location.

Amazing pizza and customer service is always A++++ Daxton took my order with courtesy and knowledge to the menu. Great employees with great food!!!

This was our first time ordering from here and let me tell you that it was the greatest decision ever! The pizza had amazing flavors and perfect texture. The wings were cooked to perfection. The cheesy bread will definitely be on my next order.

I travel all over the U.S. Marcos is one of the best. The service and food are amazing. I 100% recommend is you want something quick that actually tastes good.
