Marco's Pizza

I ordered through door dash. My oder arrived in a timely manner, but my sandwich was inedible. It was burnt to a crisp. I called the shop and was told I could get a credit towards a future order, but they would not send out a replacement. If I wanted dinner I had to go pick it up! If I wanted to go pick something up I wouldn't have used door ash. Who ever wrapped the sandwich knew it was burnt beyond recognition.

First Time ordering, it was a big order, $70 in food. Got the email it was out for delivery, at 5:45pm, perfect I live less than a mile away. 6:15 still no pizza. I call and I’m told it’s waiting under a warmer for door dash, and their delivery driver has only been on clock for 15 minutes. I had to wait for door dash. After I protest waiting an unknown time, for old food they say they will deliver. Another 15 minutes before it comes, the food is cold, toppings were sparse when I asked for double, the wings came plain, and cold. I ordered garlic parm. Will not be ordering again mostly based on the conversation when I called to find out where my order was.

The 12 inch sub was awful. No filling just bun on both ends. Worst steak and cheese sub ever!

The blond hair kid that was taking orders on the phone had a pair of gloves on and the once done with the order on the phone touching phone and computer with gloves on proceeded to then just go back tell me he is going to start working on my order now and grabs my bread with them gloves on and starts to work on my sub with them very same gloves on this is absolutely disgusting

Decent pizza on a short amount of time. The floor was sticky. The tables were dirty. The employees were not very helpful. Maybe it was because we came in an hour before closing.
