I wish I could give zero stars. My family and I have been visiting this location for 5+ years and this is The. Last. Time. Incompetent employees who do not listen to simple instruction, move like snails, and clearly do not value customers or have any training in customer service. If you like to have long hair dragged through your ice cream while being mixed with ingredients that they should have, but never do - this is the place for you. Negative 5 stars and a big jumbo size thumbs DOWN. Marble Slab more like Marble Scab.

Butter pecan ice cream, but no pecans? Interesting.

I’ve given this place three chances and the last two they blew it. All staff playing on phones discussing TikTok as soon as customers come in. The service is so so slow. The person who made my ice cream acted like they’ve never scooped any before. My cone was dipped in chocolate and given to me hot. It melted all over my hand and then melted the ice cream. I asked for strawberries as an add in. Was rudely told we don’t have those. I questioned the strawberry cheese cake ice cream (photo for reference) and was again told… we don’t have strawberries. Mostly you can just tell the employees don’t want to be there and see customers as an interruption to their day. I used to wonder why everyone in this town flocked to Coldstone but I get it now. Friendlier staff and more variety. Also same price
